Childcare Funding 
Now and the Changes Planned

Following the budget announced, Spring 2023, various changes have been announced to support families.  Please follow the various links below to find out where you can get help and how.

September 2023

• 15 hours funding per week is available to all 3 and 4 year old children.      

• 30 hour funding being available to working families with children aged 3  and 4 years.                                         

• 15 hour funding is available to those eligible with 2 year old children. Click HERE to find out if you are eligible.

April 2024

2, 3 and 4 year olds as above, plus...

Working parents with a 2 year old child will also be able to claim 15 hours free childcare per week. Click HERE to find out when and how to apply.
